Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by the Church of Christ Mission Women Association (referred to as “CCMWA”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Membership: Membership in CCMWA is open to women who are members of the Church of Christ Mission. Membership may be subject to approval by the association’s governing body.

Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the values and principles of the Church of Christ Mission. Any behavior deemed contrary to these principles may result in disciplinary action, including revocation of membership.

Confidentiality: Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the association, including but not limited to personal stories, prayer requests, and financial matters.

Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to logos, designs, and content, provided by CCMWA are the intellectual property of the association and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

Use of Funds: Any funds collected by CCMWA through donations, fundraisers, or other means shall be used solely for the purposes outlined in the association’s mission statement and approved budget.

Liability: CCMWA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in association activities, whether on-site or off-site.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising between members or involving CCMWA shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with the goal of reaching an amicable solution.

Amendments: CCMWA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to members, and continued use of the association’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination: CCMWA reserves the right to terminate membership or access to services for any member who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the association’s mission and values.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
